Walter Code Wordplay
Have you ever tried to come up with a wordplay for your company’s name that highlights your core values? We recently took on this exercise for our company and found it to be a fun and insightful experience.
We brainstormed a list of values that we hold dear and that guide our work every day. We wanted these values to capture the essence of what we do, who we are, and how we want to make an impact in the tech world. After some lively discussion, we ended up with ten values that we felt proud of, and which could be connected to the 10 letters of our company name.

Learning new things can help us make better choices, see the world in different ways, and handle tough problems. At our company, we really believe in learning all the time.
We encourage our workers to keep growing and we give them chances to go to events that teach them new skills.
We even have a perks and benefits program called Walter Code Club that provides a dedicated educational budget for each employee to get better at their jobs. We also think it’s important to learn about the people and places we work with, so we spend time getting to know our clients and their businesses. That way, we can find the best solutions for them.
At Walter Code, we like to push limits, and we know that in the world of programming, it’s really important to be able to change quickly when things need to be different.
Sometimes, the plan for a project has to change because something new comes up or the person we’re working with wants something different. We’re good at changing our plans fast and doing what we need to do to make sure the project is still great.
We like it when things get switched up because it helps us learn and get better at what we do. When a client’s goals change, we don’t get upset, we just figure out a new plan that works better for them.
Having great leaders is really important for success. At Walter Code, our leaders have a lot of experience in leading projects that turn out really well.
But being a good leader is not just about telling people what to do. It’s also about helping them be their best and feel confident. We help our colleagues learn new things and grow in their jobs by giving them good advice and opportunities to learn and develop.
Our leaders believe that working together and letting everyone show their true potential is key to making a comfortable working atmosphere where everyone can shine. And they also believe that it’s important to be honest and keep everyone updated on how things are going.
By working collaboratively and supporting one another, we are able to deliver successful projects that meet our client’s needs and exceed their expectations.
